Effectiveness of Information Booklet on Knowledge Regarding Complementary Therapies: A Pre-experimental Study

A pre-experimental study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of Information booklet on level knowledge regarding complementary therapies among health workers in selected Rural areas, Mangalore, Karnataka. total sample 60, were using convenience sampling technique. The objectives complimentary before and after intervention (Information booklet) determine workers. final objective find out association between pre-test demographic variables. Materials Methods: one-group post-test design used conduct study. comprising 60 from PHC (Primary centre) enrolled non-probability conceptual framework based Ludwig Von Bertalanffy’s General System Model. Tools for data collection Performa structured questionnaire. Results: Data analysis done descriptive inferential statistics. Findings revealed that mean score 23.40±2.50 significantly higher than 10.00±3.00 (p<0.01). Paired t value computed at 31.60** statistically significant p<0.01.
